She’s lived the long road — chronic illness, an injury that nearly took her ability to walk, and a defiant quest across oceans into Ayurveda, yoga, and Amazonian medicine that became decades of guiding others. In our conversation she redefined luxury as spaciousness, not status, and named the divine feminine as receptivity: becoming the empty cup so the experience can actually change you. Healing, she said, isn’t more sessions or more medicine. It’s the shift in perspective that comes from subtraction and surrender.
