Kaizen Asiedu
Life Coach · Clear Thinker · Cultural Commentator · Speaker · Former Head of Global Esports · Riot Games · On The Ascension Podcast

A Harvard philosophy graduate and Emmy-winning former Head of Global Esports Events at Riot Games, Kaizen Asiedu now coaches high-achievers out of burnout and into purpose, and teaches millions to cut through media bias through his Clear Thinker work.
Kaizen is the rare mind that can run at full analytical power and then set it down to play.
He went from a Harvard philosophy degree to running the League of Legends World Championship — an Emmy on the wall — and then walked away from it to coach people out of the burnout that high performance can quietly become. When we sat down, he reframed play for me: not goofing off, but operating at your peak while completely unattached to the result, purely present to the act. We freestyled. We talked about getting out of the head and into the body, and how every real decision is emotional before it’s logical.
When you’re sharp enough to think your way around any room but you’ve lost the thread of why you’re in it, Kaizen is who I’d point you toward.
