What Is The Soul

This is where Roots To The Fruits goes all the way down. A young Tyler (Tyzen) Drake opens with a recap — the soul as a point of awareness, with observation, free will, and the ability to question — and from there he just keeps pulling the thread for two hours straight. The Legend of Lee answers freely from his own study and his own ayahuasca journeys, and the whole sprawling conversation organizes itself around one image he keeps returning to: your soul as a signature song. He calls it “Rhino Dub.” It starts as one basic 8-bit synth playing a simple melody, and across a lifetime — across many lifetimes — it gathers drums, reverb, vocals, a brass section, a whole orchestra, until it becomes the most articulate version of itself. Same song the whole way. Nobody else has Rhino Dub.

What makes the episode land is that the cosmology never floats off. DNA is the physical archive of the soul’s choices. The white light of a brand-new soul colors itself through incarnation after incarnation until it reaches solid gold. The Möbius strip, the tesseract, the fourth-dimensional “Tyler snake,” the cone of probability, the Mayan baktuns, Christ as the answer to “where do we go now” at the turn of the Age of Pisces — every tangent loops back to the body, the heart compass, and the felt sense of being in or out of alignment. They close on integration: the point isn’t to escalate into pure white-light positivity but to consciously hold the dark and the light together, live both sides of the coin, then stand neutral and honor the whole. Lee’s last word is the most honest one — none of it is doctrine; it’s his version of truth, and he wants you to go find your own.
